We are working hard to serve you better. 

Shipping: We start prepare your order the minute you push the button. Please allow 12-30 days for arrival. However, usually, it takes less than two weeks to receive your orders. It is normal to receive your items in different packages. 

We pay for shipping, so relax and go ahead with your orders. But we are Not responsible about your country's regulations (or any adds by your country). 

We ship to all over the world. If you had a problem while checking out the shipment button, Please contact us ASAP  ...

Usually we answer back within 15 minutes. So please don't hesitate to drop us a note any time. We would love to answer all your questions. 

Ordering: Please make sure of the items you are buying.

Please make sure of the right size and the color you want when placing your order.

Our returning policy:

We exchange and return only:

1. items that are damaged by the original source.

2. items that you are not fully happy with.***


Here are the steps for exchange or return: 

1. ship the unwanted items to our store (you are responsible for the shipment payment)

2. after receiving your items, we ship you your new items and send you the shipment information, or refund you (when your items are eligible).

You have 15 days to return the items for exchange and return.

***We care about our customers and want you to enjoy your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we gladly exchange them with other items you choose with the same price range.

when you return or exchange the item, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees in both ways.

Payment: We accept the major credit cards and PayPal. Our store uses secure channels by Shopify. 

You pay only the total amount that appears on your order. There are No hidden fees at all. (Note, our customers in UAE, for example, pay their own flat tax upon receiving packages)  But our store charges you only the amount of your order.
